Returns & Refunds Policy

At Glassholes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of purchase (or delivery, if applicable) to return an item, provided it meets the following conditions:

  1. The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  2. You have proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or invoice).
  3. The item is not listed as non-returnable (see below).


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they are defective:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
  • Custom-made or personalised items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g. underwear, swimwear)
  • Digital products (e.g. downloadable software or eBooks)
  • Sale or clearance items (if marked as final sale)


Defective or Damaged Goods

If an item is defective, damaged, or not as described, we’ll gladly repair, replace, or refund it, in line with the Consumer Protection Act. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • We may require a photo of the item and packaging.
  • Items may be inspected before approval of a refund or replacement.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
  • In some cases, we may offer store credit instead.


Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at tracey@glassholes.co.za. We’ll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
